Can we go live to air?
Yes, all studios have fiber uplinks with redundancy and QoS.

Do you provide teleprompters?
Teleprompters are available in most rooms. Check the catalog amenities.

How do cancellations work?

What are the studio access hours?
Standard hours are 08:00–22:00 daily. After-hours access is available upon request.

Is parking available on-site?
Yes, limited visitor parking is available. Public lots and transit are nearby.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and wire transfers. Invoices include applicable GST/HST.

Can you provide crew for our shoot?
Yes. We can staff your project with camera ops, gaffers, audio engineers, and a producer.

Do you rent microphones and mixers?
Yes, we carry lavs, shotguns, and compact mixers. Add them at checkout or on-site.

Are rooms soundproof?
Studios are acoustically treated with high STC partitions and floating floors in premium stages.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 2–3 weeks ahead. Peak times fill quickly; same-week bookings are possible upon availability.
